DLA renewal MR

hi my sons DLA has just been renewed at the same rate, he has received DLA since he was around 5 years old, he is now 12, I was told years ago by an expert we should of done a MR as he should be receiving high rate, I sent his ehcp and a very detailed sensory 32 page report along with other info, I believe I have a month to put a MR in? Can anyone tell me could I risk the whole award?

Yes you do risk the entire award by putting in a mandatory reconsideration unfortunately as they will look at both the mobility and care components!0 -
