Need some advice

Hi everyone, me and my partner has a non verbal autistic son who is 7. He's getting a handful for mum as I'm at work. We not sure if we both care for our child or just swop roles, she work and I stay at home. He's all dad ATM and kicks off when I go work or go anywhere without him. We do have a PA but it's only 4 hours a week which is not much and mum gets stressed out as he's 1000mph all the time can anyone help us and give us some advice be much appreciated
