Hi @Cyprusnicosia56 and a warm welcome to the community from me!

Thank you for telling us a little bit about yourself, stress and feeling drained can definitely trigger a flare up. How are you feeling at the moment?

There is Not Fine in School which you may find helpful as it is a specifically for parents who have children who find school very anxiety inducing and overwhelming and are unable to go. They have a facebook parent carer support if you are on social media.

Are you registered as a carer with your GP? This can be really helpful to do so your medical team are aware of the physical toll caring can take on your health and can offer more flexible support.

Have you had a carer's assessment before? If not, it's definetly worth looking into as they will look at your needs and wellbeing as a carer and it could potentially unlock funding for respite, practical help or wellbeing support etc.
