I have a 3yr old son who contracted strepB meningitis at 5weeks old. He has ABI from the infection which has left him with CVI, multiple visual difficulties, hearing loss, MPHD, cerebral palsy, learning difficulties and epilepsy. I am swamped with suggestions of support but failure to deliver. Leo struggles with sleep behaviour and mobility. He is non verbal and non mobile. I would love to chat to mums of individuals who have similar experiences and what can be positive hands on support for Leo and us as a family.
