Hi everyone,

I am a disabled Rehabilitation Psychology student at the University of Nottingham. For my MSc dissertation, I am looking at how people feel their assistive mobility devices affect their well-being.

I'm struggling to find participants who have a physical disability, and use a mobility aid (e.g. wheelchair, scooter, frame etc), so if this is you, I'd really appreciate your help filling in a quick 10 minute survey using the link below*:

https://nottingham.onlinesurveys.ac.uk/assistive-mobility-devices-well-being

I was born with a form of Muscular Dystrophy and have always used various mobility aids, including frames, wheelchairs and now a mobility scooter, so I am interested in understanding more about how they positively/negatively affect users' well-being. Hopefully understanding more about this can help improve experiences for users.

Taking part is voluntary, but your contribution would be really helpful and all responses would be completely anonymous.

If you know anyone else who might be interested in taking part, please pass the link on to them :)

Thank you very much for you help,

Rachel

* I am planning to close the survey before the end of July
