Hi I hope this is allowed if not please removed. I have just had my house adapted and I can now go upstairs but I desperately need a lightweight manual wheelchair as I have minimal upper strength and I live with my autistic daughter and she has to carry my wheelchair upstairs which is very difficult to do now I have a stair lift. I cannot afford a new one so is there anybody that has a one for sale? Unfortunately a can't drive and have no way of picking it up so would need to arrange for it to be delivered

    Hi @Shana,

    Welcome to the community.

Have you looked on sites like ebay, preloved or Gumtree? It depends where you live - but they usually have quite a few listed.

Hi @jellybaby1979, and welcome to the community!

Usually the word 'lightweight' used to refer to wheelchairs made of a lighter material that are easier to pick up and carry: you can get these in many different sizes and models, so they're suitable for many people. You can see some examples of lightweight wheelchairs on the Quickie website. Hope this helps!
