Remaining politically neutral during General Election 2024
Under guidance from the Electoral Commission and Charity Commission, it's important that Scope remains politically neutral during General Elections.
While we understand that this period will see many passionate discussions and do not want to discourage open discussion, we cannot allow discussions which are purely intended to influence voting.
As ever, please make sure that your comments remain respectful of other people's opinions and keep to our online community house rules.

Maths and physics at university level! No wonder your head hurts - mine hurts at the very thought of it! Until a couple of years ago I was a learning support worker, working with youngsters on the autistic spectrum, and both maths and the sciences (ALL the sciences) were a source of embarrassment to me even at GCSE level. English, History, even Geography and various arts and technology subjects I could handle, but....
Congratulations again, on what are obviously fine achievements. I hope we will get to know each other even better as time goes on.
