What happens after you win an appeal?

Hi everyone, just joined as I was searching Google to find out what happens after you win an appeal regarding an ATOS assessment.
initially awarded just 8 points for the Care Component, Mandatory Reconsideration agreed with initial assessment but Tribunal awarded me 18 POINTS.
My question is, what happens now?
My Award has been backdated to August 2017.
Hope I didn’t go on TOO LONG? Thanks.

Thanks for all the helpful replies.
Never knew about SORS so maybe I shouldn’t plan on getting any backdated money until I get an official letter from DWP.0
