PIP APPEAL ADVICE PLEASE

Hello..I have just received the M.R verdict and they have upheld their decision that my 16yr old son is NOT entitled to mobility .
I am going to appeal.
He has Aspergers crippling anxiety and is virtually housebound.
Without going onto lots of his personal details suffice to say I am entirely convinced he is entitled to high rate and am stunned at the reasons they provided for refusing.
Its as if they are describing someone else and have cherry picked a few vague details to make the wrong decision.. For example noting that my son once a year goes to his favorite restaurant and attends his specialist school 3days a week for one and a half hours a day as evidence that on the majority of days journeys outside the home can be made.!!!!!!
He rarely ever achieves the 3days at school typically once-twice a week due to anxiety about leaving the house.. And is housebound at all other times!!!!!.
I'm just gobsmacked... He leaves our home in great distress for approximately 3-4 hrs a week...that's it!!!!
I don't want to bore anyone with the details just need to know if anyone has appealed as an appointee and any advice please
My son won't be able to attend a hearing but oral hearings are recommended.. Can I as appointee speak without him there???

If it's any help I believe the majority of days is four.
You really should get help from CAB, welfare rights or similar
CR
That's a wonderful idea to get his attendance record because it's so dire.
I have been researching about help available and I have been pointed to a wonderful lady local to myself who runs a support group and will assist me with the forms and maybe even attend the appeal with me.
I'm due to make first contact with her on Monday.
Will post anything helpful that I discover
Once again thank you
