Have a look at the prototype for our new project called TIP-Toy, and accessible open source programming interface featuring a series of physical blocks that can be manipulated and assembled together to write simple computer code by children with or without visual impairment. We are looking for visually impaired children who would be interested in trying this initial prototype, to help us develop this into a useful learning tool. If you are the parent of a child aged 6-11 (based in the London area) who might like to try it out, email [email protected] and take part in our study! Share with anyone who may be interested! #accessibility #VisualImpairment #programming #techforall
