Is this for a benefits application? If so, then it would likely be best to seek evidence off your GP or another medical professional, highlighting how the condition affects you personally. PIP is awarded based on how your conditions affect you, rather than the actual condition itself. However, Action For ME have some good information about ME/CFS causes and diagnosis on their website.
