Hi All,

was just wondering if I can get some help am a bit confused...…..this is my first claim for ESA and PIP

I went for WCA on the 10th oct 2017 , I received two letter's in one on the 1 November 2017 stating that I was placed in the support group  at 119.32 a week and then the other letter stating that I was moved to the WRAG group at 66.87 a week they were taking 11.23 for social loan.
I only received 9 points

I did a MR on 20 December 2017 to placed in the support group and that did not work. I then appeal on the 10th of January 2018

I went for my PIP assessment on the 13 December 2017 and I received a letter on the 2 January 2018 awarded standard rate at 55.65 a week from the 12 October 2017.

on the 22 October 2018 I received a letter stating that from the 23 oct 2018 I will get 126.17 a week after 1 year they just gave me extra money because you are severely disabled 64.30.

I had my tribunal on the 8 November 2018 and I won. the decision notice says this

1. the appeal is allowed
2.the decision made by the secretary of state on the 01/11/2017 is set aside.
3 mr xxxxx has limited capability for work related activity. the matter is now remitted to the secretary of state make a final decision upon entitlement to ESA.

4.in applying the work capability assessment 30 points were scored from the activities and descriptors in schedule 2 of the ESA regulation 2008 made up as follows.

13. a
16. a

5.following the activity and descriptor from schedule 3 of the ESA regulation applied.

I would like to know

1. will I get back dated?
2.will I get backdated premiums?
2 and any more information that I get will be amazing cause am soo confused

thanks all
