It's National Workouts and Wellbeing Week (25th March- 31st March) and Anytime Fitness will be offering people a chance to workout for free or visit wellbeing sessions.

They have partnered up with charities such as Mind, Aware and SAMH to raise awareness on mental health and how it can improve your mental wellbeing through exercise and mindfulness. You can find more information on the Anytime Fitness website.
