The Tribunal Circle

Winning an award at tribunal seems to carry the risk of further tribunals at future reviews.
Do the DWP acknowledge the validity of a tribunal win?
Or do they just refer to their own previous decision ?
In many cases following a tribunal award, a new claim and PIP2 form has to be completed. As part of your supporting evidence should you include a copy of your previous tribunal award ?

This is the logical thing to do. But the DWP like to be positive which isn’t always a bad thing.

    Hi @CockneyRebel,
It seems like if you had to go to tribunal and won previously,  after review of completing pip 2, more medical  issues sending in more evidence which included last tribunal SOR, it seems like your back at the tribunal stage, this has happened to me twice now.

Apparently the DWP doesn't include the tribunal decision in the paperwork when you get reviewed.

    Hi

There has been two UT decisions on this very matter.

DWP refusing to provide copies of DLA paperwork, for claimant to use in PIP claim.
Judge very clear it is for the Tribunal to decide what it considers, not DWP.

Second case, either party can submit all past claims or tribunal decisions, again Judge very clear it is for tribunal to consider and DWP not to with hold, they got a good ticking off in both cases.

I would suggest you put all you have, with a review claim.
