hey.. i suffer from vocal chord paralysis meaning I can't speak. i also suffer from clinical depression and anxiety

    Hello mate.

    I'm on here because of long term anxiety/depression issues which have cost me my marriage and I've struggled at work.

    You will find people to speak to on here who will help.

    I have got some good information, links and currently reading books on low self esteem.  Soon others with more knowledge will be on.  Hope you find what you are looking for and welcome.
