Hi guys.
I have a 9 month old son who I am developing concerns about. He doesn't respond to his name and he doesn't make eye contact often, although he does put his hands out to be picked up, he laughs and is somewhat social. He doesn't respond to his name either, am I being too worried, or can anyone provide some advice to a worried parent?
Thanks

Hi there
If you have any concerns discuss with your health visitor or gp
Unfortunately we are unable to give any medical advice
Also bear in mind all babies are different and develop at different rates and different ways -
Hey @begraff welcome to the forum, sorry to read you have concerns about your baby, we have a parents section labelled below, we have a coffee lounge for general discussions if you want to join in any of those topics too.
Parents, carers and disabled parents
You might see some posts there of interest.
As mentioned above your health visitor might be able to put your mind at rest. Let us know how you get on if you see your health visitor.
