DWP not received report but received letter to say they have

I had my pip assessment on April 16th, and on May 4th received a letter to say DWP had all the information to make a decision. I rang DWP today to get a copy of the report as I’ve been extremely anxious to see what was actually put down. DWP said they had not received the report and were chasing the assessment services for the report, despite me receiving the letter to say they had it. They told me to ring the assessment services, which I did, who said they sent it back on the 19th and have nothing to do with it now.
Any idea what I should do? I just want a copy of the report but all the phone calls are sending my anxiety through the roof, but so is not knowing what the assessor put down.
Also, how long will it take for a decision to be made after they receive the report?

Hi there
Sorry to hear about your issues
The estimated time for decisions is 8 weeks but there is no fixed timescales it depends on the case manager workload
I would try pip again sometimes the call handlers don't give the best info if still no luck ask yo speak to your case manager or request a call back from them -
Hello @gh0stie
Welcome to the community, I hope you are well.
I hope the above response has been helpful, I just wanted to pop in to say hello and to ask if you have coping methods in place to manage your anxiety at a time like this?

@gh0stie, your assessment report may have been picked at random to be sent for an audit to make sure the assessments are consistent.
