    The best of luck @woodbine, one day at a time, distraction techniques helped me when I gave up 38 years ago. Put the money you save in a pot and see it grow. Use a thought blocking word too, “the” is a good one as it doesn’t mean anything, mouth the word every 5 seconds when you have a craving, it stops you thinking of anything, also good for helping with sleep problems too.
