Help?
I haven't showered in about a month, I've lost ~38lbs (I was slender to begin with) and I just... Everything seems hopeless. In touch w/ GP, but secondary MH services dx'd me w/ Borderline PD (I disagree) and won't take me back because I participated in a sit-in to keep our Service going. Can't sleep for days, then can't stay awake for days. No treatment available for CPTSD. What can I do?
