Bank of England base rate has been increased this afternoon from its historic low of 0.1% to 0.25%.
Good news for savers, not so good for people with mortgages or large debts.

Do you think they will increase again in the new year? Personally I do as it's way of dealing with inflation, with RPI at a 30 year high.
