They assess your ability to do any type of work, not just the work you were doing. It's about the work you can do and not the work you can't do.

No, it's not a new claim as such because you're already claiming UC with LCW.
So, what would happen is that, if I submit a new condition, they will assess me from that date. Until a new decision is made LCW will continue. At a new decision they can leave it at LCW, change it to LCWRA (for example) or take me off LCW. Is this correct?

    Yes, correct.

How would they take me off LCW for a new condition when i'm on it for existing conditions, until September 2023 (the tribunal said June 2023)? For example, if they decide to take me off LCW.
If you report changes they will assess you again and take into consideration all of your conditions, why would you leave out some conditions? As i advised, the timescale they gave is just a guide.

I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.

I didn't say i'd leave out any condition. I said i have a new condition.

Should i post my statement of reasons here, minus personal info? It may help with advice.

A public forum like this is not appropriate for an analysis of a SOR. It needs specialist input.
Information I post is for England unless otherwise stated. Rules may be different in other parts of UK.

I feel Shelter advising I have no further grounds for appeal is more to do with lack of staff than anything else, the welfare advisor they have is on sick, the manager would not say how long for, and mentioned that they're looking for another welfare advisor.

The manager did not seem to know some of the info she was telling me, for example thinking that the refusal of permission to appeal from the lower tribunal meant that it was the end of it, I had to explain that I can ask for this permission from the upper tribunal, and that the lower tribunal sent me the forms, but she did not seem to understand this. Initially she thought the refusal was from the upper tribunal. There were a few other things she said which did not add up.

Hi, i'm going to have to do the permission to appeal (upper tribunal) myself unless i find someone to help. It's due within 2 weeks. The lower tribunal refused permission.

Any advice would be helpful as i'm going to draft the request.

    Thanks

As advised on your other thread, it's not possible to give you the advice you need on any internet forum, you will need to get some expert advice.

Regarding the complaint about the delay, which led to the loss of LCWRA for me, it was passed to the ICE, who've now said DWP will pay me an extra £75 to say sorry, on top of the £75 they paid last year and a written apology for the way they handled the complaint. I declined as it doesn't help me with the losses. I've asked the ICE if accepting will affect my complaint if I take it further.
