Hello!

I've had a look at the eligibility criteria dates but the problem is I transferred from Income Related ESA to UC on the 1st May. I'm not eligible because my UC is out the dates mentioned but I assume I'm eligible because if my IR ESA.

Do you think this payment will happen automatically seeing I don't have a current IR ESA claim?

Thanks

You will qualify based on your IR ESA entitlement.
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.

I do wonder how they'll pay it as you said about whether it will be automatic. If you use same bank details for ESA as you now use for UC that probably won't be a problem but if you've changed that could be hard. It's good you're still entitled to it either way though!
