I still have not recieved my £326 cost of living payment. I became eligable for pension tax credits on the 7/05/22. Am I entitled to it. I am finding so many things confusing since I started to get my state pension instead of esa. Coping with my disabilities feels as though it is getting more and more difficult.

There's no such thing as pension tax credits. Do you mean pension credit? If so then you must have been entitled to a payment between 26th April and 25th May. https://www.gov.uk/guidance/cost-of-living-paymentIf you're just claiming state pension then you won't be entitled to the CoL payment.
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help. -
If you applied for PC on 7th May 2022 and are awarded you will be eligible. However there are long delays processing PC claims. If your PC claim has not yet been processed and you have not yet had a decision you are not yet yet eligible but will get it retrospectively if a PC award is later made.
If you haven't actually claimed PC yet you can still claim and backdate it so that you will be eligible.Information I post is for England unless otherwise stated. Rules may be different in other parts of UK. -
Thank you for such a quick reply. Of course you are right, I meant pension credits. I was awarded pc and have recieved my backdated payment, but have not had the first half of the cost of living payment. It was this £326 that I was not sure about because I have not recieved it yet. Again thanks for the swift reply.
