What music brings the best memories?

Bob Marley - one love takes me back to the time of my first boyfriend. He had a record collection that near filled a room! I remember dancing round his front parlour to this which he'd just bought the single.

    Que Sera Sera, Doris Day. I used to sing it to my sons as babies when I was nursing them.
    It’s an old song, but like most golden oldies the lyrics just hit a note. One Love, by Bob Marley is one of my favourites @wendy41

    Queens we are the champions, was played when Bournemouth won the playoff's final at the millennium stadium Cardiff, great singing it as loud as possible waving flags and scarfs lost my voice great day.

    I love Doris Day too! Love Clamity Jane film. But also the fact that Doris Day was a supporter of animal rights.  <3

    What a wonderful thread! I am hearing about quite a lot of new music. I think the music that brings me the best memories is the 2010's  :D

    the song that means the most to me at the moment is "SAVE YOUR TEARS" by the weeknd, but in general i have cds of a large verbeeck fair organ that was once owned by my auntie and uncle and listening to them cds and videos of the organ on youtube just has so many happy memeories of steam fairs and summer events

    I sometimes sing along to the occasional Bob Marley tune when it's played on radio or mp3...out loud very badly I don't care as the music is what it is about!  :D  I use to sing when drunk! NO MORE IS THAT! But I love motown too. I love Reggae and enjoy SKA music also. I don't care what era it never gets old!  :) Love Eversley Brothers too.

    Another one that makes me bop everytime I hear it; be it in a supermarket, a car, or on tv. I love the fact that it shows so many people dancing differently. Brilliant!
