Hi
Need help my husband had a pip tribunal turned down
We had no evidence bundle on the day. Be it is 18 months since first submission and 1 yr since final decision. We could only answer some questions with don't know or I can't remember. The doctor on the panel suggested to my husband had he seen a doctor for memory loss or been to a memory clinic. The paper work is in correct as it's say my name could not be awarded points.
The dwp presenting officer said my husband clearly needed help but left it to the panel to decide.
He got 2 points for help washing and bathing and 2 points for needling help to communicate with others
Nothing for anything else
Be it he is a weight management program for his obesity.

You need to request the Statement of Reasons and Record of Proceedings within 1 month of the date of the decision. Once you receive those you need to find someone to have a look to see if they can find the error in law. If this isn't found you won't be able to take it any further.
This link will tell you what advice agency is local to you. https://advicelocal.uk/ Citizens Advice will not help with this, so you will need to find a different agency.

I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.
