stu here age 40, gay and signed off under mental health for the last 5 years or so with anxiety, depression and bipolar and more recently diagnosed with autism, aspergurs syndrome after it being missed and ignored all thru school and college life, also volunteer in a scope chairty shop and have over the last few years worked upto lead volunteer level 2 and so proud of myself

I'd say that is something to be proud of certainly, what do you enjoy most about volunteering in a Scope charity shop?
