116 children and 28 adults lost their lives in the Aberfan disaster, something that should never have happened, may they all be resting in peace. x

    May they rest in peace.

Yes a very sad day at the time it happened. I think there was a documentary about it.

    I was 12 years old.
I remember seeing about it on our black and white tv.

It was so upsetting and I can remember my Dad crying, which was something I'd never seen him do before.

Remembering it still makes me cry.

Really sad. I hope they are resting in peace.

How is everyone else feeling about this at the moment? Please remember we are here for you and listening to you if anyone wishes to talk about this further  :)
