Hiya, I just rung to get an update on my claim, and they said it’s been sent back to the assessors, what does this mean? Isit good or bad? Thankyou.

    Is this related to PIP? Is it a review or first time claim? have you had an assessment yet? Sorry for all the questions but more information is needed to try to help you.
    I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
    If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.

    Yeah, sorry I’ve had my phone assesment, and rang for an update and he said it’s been sent back to the assessors? I got a text saying they’d received my assessment, but looks like the decision people have sent it back to them? Any reason why? Is that a bad thing?

    It does happen sometimes. It doesn't mean anything at this stage other than they've returned because there's issues. Sorry i can't give any other advice because i could only guess what the reason is. Once a decision is made you will be contacted.
