Seizure diary? Yes or no

My review for PIP is only months away and I have a loop recorder in because they thought my seizures might be cardiac related. However it’s not. I haven’t kept a seizure diary because of
a) my mood
b) I’m disorganised with my ADHD
c) I thought with me having a loop recorder in, that even though I’ve missed episodes to record, it’s always recording and would be useful.

So my question is. Will not having a seizure diary go against me at review? I didn’t use one for my initial award but then most of my award is aimed at depression/mood and anxiety.

You can always start one now before your review comes through if you think it will be relevant

Good idea. My doctor today was mentioning going back to a neurologist, so not sure I’ll have his evidence in time but I could definitely do a diary and see if the NEAD team can help.

If I am collecting evidence for a review. Would a letter from April time saying I’m under the care of the Neighbourhood mental health team be of any use?

If you think it will help there's no harm in sending any evidence you have.
