ITS BEEN A WEEK BUT THEY HAVE SAID WE HAVE TO WAIT 28 DAYS AS THEY HAVE 28 DAYS TO TAKE IT BACK TO COURT . EVEN THOUGH THEY STATE THEY HAVE RECIEVED EVERYTHING FROM THE COURT . SURELEY THEY SHOULD KNOW WHAT THEY INTEND TO DO NOW THEY WANT ME TO WAIT UNTIL THE 18TH OF APRIL BEFORE CALLING THEM BACK.

    Hi,

Well done on winning your Tribunal.

Unfortunately there's nothing you can do about this but wait. The good news is it's very rare for them to find an error in law, as this is what they need to do to be able to appeal the decision. To do this they must first ask for the Statement of Reasons and they have 28 days in which to do so. I'm sure everything will be just fine, you just have to wait a little longer.

I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.
