Has anyone coverted under their stairs to put in a toilet and sink. If so do you have any pictures and what was the cost.

    I haven't as we live in a single storey home, but I have seen it done, as for cost that will depend on how much plumbing work is required ,what area you live in as it will cost a lot more in the south east. Is there room under your stairs? the only thing you can do is get a few quotes from different plumbers.
    Just did a quick google which suggest the price will be around £4000
