Hello. Has anyone done courses such as life coaching or mindfulness for children?

Afternoon everyone,
Just wanted to say hello to you all, and to thank you for your help and support. I am still waiting for the results of my PIP appeal, so fingers crossed.
I am doing my life coaching, and mindfulness for children courses, but slow as the UC people keep asking me for things everyday! Has anyone done any courses like that? Would be interested to know.

    Hey, Yes I have done a mindfulness course and it was great. I did mine online, so was able to do it at my own pace.

    It was great to be able to study online and at my own pace. 

    I've just had a look and they also do: https://www.learndirect.com/course/joint-professional-life-coaching-and-counselling if you want more of the life coach side.
