Hi all I am a newbie so looking forward to getting some advice or chatting and hopefully I may possibly be able to give advice or help. I have recently been diagnosed with quite serious spinal stenosis which has been missed by doctor's for 16 years.

Hi @theninjaturtle
Welcome to the community, it's great to have you here with us! Thank you for sharing a little bit about yourself and I'm sure you will be able to make some new friends and share experiences whilst being here.
To get started, you might want to visit the coffee lounge, to play some fun games and meet new people. I'm sorry to hear about your recent experiences and missed diagnosis. How are you currently feeling about your new diagnosis? Are you getting a lot of support from family/friends/your GP?
Please let us know if there's anything that we can do to help and I look forward to seeing you more on the community

Hi @theninjaturtle - & welcome to this friendly community from me also. I'm sorry it's taken so long to get a diagnosis as I know what that's like. I look forward to you joining in on the forum.
