Council entered my house and one of their employees refused to wear a mask, and even apparently peed in my sink, and after complaining the next year too (after they ignored me in 2021) since they wanted to enter again in 2022 they ignored my complaint and want me to leave the property now.

Is there anyone you could escalate your complaint to @Mootoo? I'm sorry to hear that you experienced this.
As woodbine have said, Shelter are a good organisation to get in touch with if you're worried about homelessness. They have some information on reasons for which you can be evicted, which might be worth reading.
