I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.

Hi, I had a letter on 13th April awarding me Lcwra in the letter it stated I shall be contacted in 7 days but I still haven't heard anything and its now 26th April is this usual for contact to take longer than 7 days?
Thank you

It often takes them a few weeks even though the award letter says within 7 days.
Put a message onto your journal under the payment section and ask about the money that’s owed to you.I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please.
