    Indeed. That’s the standard element of UC for someone under 25 with no housing costs. It’s equivalent to JSA of £77 per week.
    I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.

    Living off that amount you’re more likely to develop a mental health condition, then surely you’ll end up on higher amounts.

    I think you've made an important point here @dp267p. Financial worries can definitely impact on someone's mental health, as can the stress of claiming benefits. Have you found that navigating the benefits system, or financial stress, has had an impact on your mental health?

    I have already explained how it is made up and seems completely appropriate based on what OP has said. Would be higher if their OP was higher.
    Should have read if "PIP was higher".
