Hi,
I'm enquiring whether you could help with a decorator. My mum had life-limiting conditions and is age 71. She lives on a ground floor flat.
Could recommend any decorators and the prices? Please could you email me the prices and someone who is highly recommended?
Kind regards

Rachael

Unfortunately, scope will not be able to help with a decorator. All the members here are from various parts of the country so no one can recommend anyone without knowing the area you live and i wouldn't ask you to reveal the area you live.
You'll be much better googling what's available in your local area. If you have access to facebook then maybe try that too. Also gumtree for your local area may also have them local to you.
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.

Hi there @Madson and thanks for your question, you're not the first to ask about this here on the community.

As mentioned, unfortunately this isn't something the community can help with directly, but I would encourage you to ask your local authority about any organisations or local initiatives which might help.

There's also something called Timebanking, which might be helpful to look into. If we can help with anything further please do ask, and we'll assist as best we can :)
