Hi@ada , if you are having difficulty sleeping and you have access to YouTube, there are lots of hypnosis and relaxation videos that might help you. I listen to many of them and I fall asleep within ten minutes. I hope they can help you, too.
I still haven't found anything to take away the pain, though... -

I wouldn't need a whole stinking lot of money... just enough to give to other family, friends, those in need and enough so that me and family member can make ourselves more happier and easier in life. -
