Hi, my name is Munnit! I need to set about obtaining POA over my sister's affairs

I am a supporter of Scope.  I have a sister aged 60 who has learning difficulties but can read and write to a limited degree.  I need to set about obtaining POA over her affairs which are pretty straightforward.  Our parents are deceased
