Hi my son will be starting 6th form to do his A levels, he receive PIP and also on SEN, I am alone single parent who is disabled, is there any help with my son going into 6th form?
I don't receive child maintenance as my sons father has past away.

Are you asking about financial help? Are you claiming any benefits for him such as either child tax credits or UC child element?As a student unfortunately he will not be able to claim UC in his own right.I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.

You should still claim the benefits that you did pre 6th form.2024 The year of the general election...the time for change is coming 💡
