Hi everyone
If you have an old UC50 do you think you could just rewrite everything from that onto the newUC50 form , nothings changed ( still same meds etc )
do they compare old and new forms ? ( I think I read somewhere that they scan and upload everything, so would be easy to compare ) just really overwhelmed trying to fill this in and it’s really stressing me out.

Yes they scan everything onto the system. There's no harm in using the previous form as a guide but i wouldn't personally copy it word for word. I would change somethings so it doesn't look like you've just copied it.I use real world examples for my forms and include dates and days so copying a form verbatim would be difficult for me.I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.
