Hi,
I'm due to attend a friend's UK wedding next year and it'll be my first holiday I've planned myself. I use an electric wheelchair and require hoisting equipment for transfers. Does anyone know of any cheap hoist rental services? I can only seem to find month long rentals and I'll only need it for a couple of days. I'd also gladly accept any information directories on holidays in general. Thanks.

Just realised what category I posted in, sorry. Whilst this is related to independent living feel free to delete this, I'll repost in the transport section if needed.

I've moved it over for you @TheDJMC and I'm afraid I can't answer your query at the moment, have you tried enquiring anywhere and negotiating a reduced price?Online Community Coordinator

Thank you. No, not yet. I'm starting from square one so I'm trying to gather as much info as I can before contacting companies.
