I was really inspired by @Sandy_123's question on another thread and would love to see other peoples answers.
Do you set yourself daily goals? If you do, would you share what sort of things are on them??

I have more long term goals, my daily goal is just to get through each day and not to let whatever life and certain family members throw at me get me down.

Nice one @Biblioklept
I do tend to say at night, tomorrow i will do that, this and the other. When the day comes I never do what I had planned or i may do 1 of them. I don't know why. -
I do, it can be anything from spending a little bit of time exercising to checking through my multiple bank account statements making sure it's all running 'smoothly' (occasionally I can't be bothered but I guess it's quite important I do check lol). I'm the same as @Sandy_123, some days for me are a complete blur.

I do. Getting meals in, cleaning teeth and checking emails are things I aim to do every day.
Then things like shaving, vacuuming, doing laundry and checking new properties on the housing website are all things I do on specific days. I know I need to do them the night before.
If I've got 'one off' tasks to do, such as buying a birthday card or renewing insurance, I'll also set that type of thing for a specific day as well.
I don't have much (any!?) motivation, so I have to rely on discipline to complete every task I set myself. -

Do you beat yourself up over not achieving what you set out to do or are you okay with it? -

I just assume I can change my entire life in a day and can't plan that long term -

I don't have any motivation either, except for those quite moments before I fall asleep on an evening where I decide tomorrow I'm going to change my whole life and get a whole list of things done... and then fall asleep and pretend it never happened -

However, if I have a good day I will find myself doing stuff and then I will set myself a load of goals for the rest of the week. I will assume Im "better now" and plan as if I am, then I will be massively disappointed if I cant do them the following day. I cant seem to stop doing it either LOL -

I try to take every day as it comes but I do have OCD and like routine I don't kind of make a daily plan.

For things like birthdays, I only have a few to remember and know which months they're in. They are also in the calendar on my phone and laptop so I can double check the exact dates.
For anything else, I assume if it's important enough then I'll remember it...if I've forgotten about it, it can't have been that important.
I write a list for a week or two in advance, including everything I have to do on each day of that fortnight. It's a 'rolling' list, so I'll add a few more days to it when I think about them or when I'm adding things to a shopping list. -
Daily goals are something I've been trying to implement. I find I am far more productive on days I have a daily goal and a schedule. It's a bit of a struggle to make it a consistent habit though! I'm hoping with the structure of working at Scope now it will help ^^They/Them, however they are no wrong pronouns with me so whatever you feel most comfortable with

I write down when I take my meds and what time.
If I exercise I'll write down what I do.
If I'm trying to stay off alcohol or takeaways I'll write it in my calendar and see how long I can stay off it.
I find it better writing stuff down let's me be in the know of my own life lol -

I try to set goals. Stopping tobacco and using my volcano vaporiser to consume my medically prescribed Cannabis. Never smoked tobacco since I had a Quality medical recommend herbal vaporiser like Stork&Bikel Volcano 🌋.
What a difference giving up tobacco has made and having a prescription for cannabis flowers. No fear of arrest or eviction not forgetting the relief I get for various conditions. -
I did when my eye-sight was ok even just small ones, now it's becoming difficult2024 The year of the general election...the time for change is coming 💡
