Who would you most like to spend just half hour with having a cuppa. 

Mine would be my dead mother. I hadn’t seen her for many years before I was told she had died. I have so many questions and never got to forgive her.

    This is a lovely and thoughtful post, thank you @Ada.

    I'd definitely choose my dad,  I didn't get to say goodbye to him, or even speak to him during his week in hospital before he passed from covid.  So I'd love to just tell him how special he was to me.

    My husband, we married at 16 were together for 43 years before his passing four years ago. I would love to tell him the family are thriving and his beloved dog now watches over and cares for me with unwavering loyalty.

    I'll share! I think I'd have a cuppa with my granny. We were kindred spirits, but she lived very far away and died before I got a chance to build a proper relationship with her. I think we would have really connected. 

    I'd also love to have a cuppa with an ancestor to find out what it was like to live hundreds of years ago and see how similar they are to me and my living family.
