I need some advice I have a contact order that includes over nights with ex .
However long after the arrangement was agreed dd was diagnosed with adhd and Austism
father doesn’t understand over nights is when dd struggles . What rights do I have to remove the sleep overs which harms dds condition due to anxiety but keep the day part of the visits with dad
would the courts support that

Hey there @littlemisssunshine and welcome to the community. How're you today?
that sounds like a very difficult situation to navigate, so I'm just going to move your post to a different category, so more people in the know will be able to see and hopefully offer some advice.
In the meantime, if you're wanting to chat or play some games, I recommend checking out our coffee lounge and games room.
