I'm not sure what to write here .... I'm a little bit shy and have little confidence. I have had PIP for 6 years and now have to do a review, which has made me feel very anxious.

Hello @Englishrose71! Welcome to the community take your time to have a look around and join in wherever you feel comfortable. Coffee lounge and games lounge can be good places to start if you just need some casual chats or distractions.
Sorry your PIP review is making you feel so anxious. It's a nerve-wracking process and it's understandable you feel this way. Have you got any supportive friends or family you can talk things through with? I hope the community can offer some support too. Lots of our members have been through similar things, so you're not alone.Rosie (she/her)
