I was a massive fan @WhatThe and he was still as good as he was in the 70's. It was only a few weeks ago he posted a tribute to Steve Wright so he was taken extremely quickly.

Until this week I had no idea where he lived (and died) - Clare in Suffolk.
It's a place I visited in September for a lakeside holiday! The drives in and around Clare were blissful and I now like to think he's the reason why we also went to Lavenham, an amazing medieval village where Harry Potter's De Vere House was located.
I'm hoping to hear tributes today on Radio 6 - Guy Garvey, Iggy and Stuart Maconie have all played his songs.
I haven't really cried yet but I know it's coming. My teenage infatuation never ended.
