I’ve been bulled all my life and now age 40 its still going ok I have cerebral palsy
Which is different for me to cope with at times.but I do the best I can. I live on my own with no carers the only support I get is from my loving mum.

I'm sorry to hear you've been finding it hard to cope, but I'm glad you have your mum there for you. Have you looked into getting a carer or support from your GP or local council? We have a great CP network here too!Albus (he/him)

Hi I don’t have a carer as they are far too dear and mummy is my only support at present,
can I ask you do u have an online group (like zoom)to talk about things like difficulty’s etc if so I would very much be interested in that -
