Disabled Persons Trust
Can anyone explain in clear simple terms the advantages of a Disabled Person's Trust ? I cannot get a definitive answer anywhere on the web. Hi, my name is inaspin! Can I request a telephone assessment for PIP?
hiya, started reading this forum several months ago for reassurance as much as anything else, I was born with a disability and unfortunately the damage is done so it’s a case of making the best of it, since COVID I’ve found my mental illness far outweighs my physical health. Recently I went through a UC bank statement…

When is the White Paper to be published?
When is the oft- mentioned White Paper to be published by the DWP? We've be told this Autumn but that could mean tomorrow or 30 November. Personally, I'm living in terror. I can't be "forced" into work. My body won't permit it. However, they can take away my CB ESA and PIP. Thanks for any info, Zipz

Budgeting loan query
hi all I’ve seen you can apply for a budgeting loan if on UC but you have to have been getting it for 6 months. How does it work if you’ve had a managed migration over to UC? Would you have to wait 6 months, or would the fact you was getting ESA before be counted? I hope this makes sense thanks in advance
