ESA without reassessment for many years
I'm hearing about and reading an increasing number of posts from ESA claimants who have not been assessed for many years. This was true for me when I was on IR-ESA and has continued on CB-ESA. Is this simply attributable to back-logs? Or are we assessed every three years in some back office using what data they hold…

I know this a long shot but before I head into a world of googling with lots of misleading information I thought I would ask here. Does anyone have any idea of when ESA CB support group reassessments will restart? I haven’t been reassessed for a very very long time and I’m concerned. I don’t know if it’s worth calling to…

Have you heard about the recent clampdown on UK child benefit claims from overseas?
Have you heard of the above? They also said that they are going to employ 200 more agents to check on people moving abroad, while claiming child benefit. Do you think they will check all the different variety of benefits for the same reason?

She is looking to cash in a pension to get a lump sum (around 9k) to help with moving costs, stamp duty etc. Will this have an affect on her benefits? My understanding is that it's not means tested so it will not. If I am correct, do you know if she…
